Based in New York, Nigel Sielegar earned his Bachelor's degree from The Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago and a Master's from the Designer as an Author Program at The School of Visual Arts. Somewhere between the two degrees, he worked as a designer at Firebelly Design and also developed icons for the user interface on Motorola's mobile phones. Soon after graduating from The School of Visual Arts, Nigel worked as Senior Designer at alfalfa studio in New York. Some of his work at alfalfa studio appeared in Communication Arts online, featured in exhibitions and publications in China, and also won the 25th Annual Imagen Awards.
A two time recipient of the Certificate of Typographic Excellence from the Type Directors Club in New York, Nigel has also been a Adobe Design Achievement Award semi-finalist, and his designs have been featured on numerous design blogs, press, and publications nationally and internationally.
Nigel is now the founder of Corse Design Factory, a design firm with a boundless interest in the many facets of design disciplines. Corse's clients range from small companies and non-profit organizations to larger international corporations.
